interesting you dont see much in Florida.. but I guess thats what you were saying its about retiring people having fun not people making money. interesting.. my only point is that its dishonest to look at miami/cleveland real estate when he built in Suburban Akron (boring) where, with 30 million bucks, could have had one HECK of an amazing house in CLE on the lakefront (which is basically an ocean unless you are a seaman;).. thats my biggest point. Plus, while stars attract attention and vacation spots such as south beach.. when it comes to making money, how many actors do you know who are billionaires? how about CEO's? so the money thing really is just perception to me. But none of us are Lebron, and I am not one of the people who would have made the same decision he did.

Still, that is a nice damn house. I see the wine cellar, but where is his whine cellar? You know, the place where he cries to stuffed pink giraffe about not having enough fun? What would YOU have me do, Mr. Giraffe?? What would you have me do??

Does Wade come over each night and tuck little LeBron in? Maybe check under the bed for monsters and button up James' footy jammies?

"Miami = warm sunny skies all year"

Yup, it almost NEVER rains in Miami.  Wink   Just sayin'...

I'm from the Great White North (Wisconsin style), and I don't have a huge problem with the winters here.  Ohio's winters typically aren't harsher than ours.  The snow and cold don't bother me, but less daylight sure does.  Still, it's really a matter of personal preference.  Over 80 degrees is uncomfortable to me.  I'm too used to the cold to survive in the unbearably hot and humid Miami summers.

Google map the place, it looks like it is right next to a crappy looking apartment community?

but when you say "people from ohio are dumb" and then fail completely to adhere to my suggestion, then I am going to stop posting on these stupid comment boards. Its ignorant, pathetic people who have nothing better to do with their time. I hope you have a nice day today UglyLuggage. Its sunny here in Cleveland, and I couldn't be more content.
