Good Monday Morning GB10, long live the King and Queen...the rest of you need to get back to work
I'm not a bit surprised that the Thunder won their two home games vs the Spurs (they could easily be up 3-1 in that series), but the Celtics winning two straight vs the Heat is a bit shocking...just didn't think that they had the legs to stay with LBJ and Wade two games in a row.
I absolutely dominated Marty all week long in advancing my record to 7-2 and not once did I feel like he had a chance to make our matchup competitive...his team has really fallen on hard times now that he has moved out of division play. Now I face Frank this week with a chance to widen my division lead to 3 games if I win and Tony were to lose his matchup vs Val (a distinct possibility). I have Cliff Lee and Ricky Romero both with two starts plus Jake Peavy, Madison Bumgarner and Brandon Beachy (Morrow and Capuano on the pine)plus have decided to select Will Middlebrooks to man 3B this week (haven't had the same 3B in consecutive weeks since Longoria went down). My toughest decision this week is deciding which two RPs to roll with...Fernando Rodney and Rafael Soriano have been both pretty consistent, but the Yankees and Rays face off for three games in NY so Alfredo Aceves is under consideration. Frank has added Jose Buatista to his potent hitting lineup, but his SPs are mediocre at best and so I will be more than happy to accept his two week avi bet.
It's nice to see some day games on the MLB schedule today...still not sure why they don't have at least one every day.
F U puto. I'm not impressed.
Now _ _ _ _ me _ _ _ _ _ _!!
