Bengals @ Eagles – The Eagles go against a much better defense this week. No late-game heroics this time. PICK: BENGALS
Packers @ Bears – The Packers are the much better team and seem to have their running game and defense improving at the right time. BLOWOUT. PICK: PACKERS
Colts @ Texans – The Texans have to be sick after that dreadful performance against the Patriots. Less pressure on them in this game. They seem to do better when their game is not national. PICK: TEXANS
Broncos @ Ravens – The Ravens are no longer the defensive team they once were. That shows up here. Peyton Manning outscores Joe Flacco. PICK: BRONCOS
Jaguars @ Dolphins –The Jaguars lost to Mark Sanchez at home. That tells me all I need to know. PICK: DOLPHINS
Redskins @ Browns – The trendy pick of the week seems to be the Browns in an upset. I’m going against the grain here. The Redskins, even without RGIII, still have Alfred Morris and a very capable back-up in Kirk Cousins. They also have Pierre Garcon, who seems to be back to form. They also have a division title to play for. The Browns will win more games before the season ends, but not this one. PICK: REDSKINS
Vikings @ Rams – What Jeff Fischer has done with a Rams team lacking in offensive talent is pretty impressive. It puzzles me why so many Rams fans are down on Sam Bradford. He’s got him team in playoff contention after winning two games last season. Doesn’t he deserve ANY of the credit? The Vikings are one-dimensional. The Rams will shut down Adrian Peterson; thus, shut down the Vikings offense. PICK: RAMS
Buccaneers @ Saints –I can’t believe the Buccaneers blew that game last week. WOW. Look for Drew Brees to bounce back in a big way. The dirty players/liars/law-suit-filing cry-babies take it. PICK: SAINTS
Giants @ Falcons – I don’t know which Giants team will show up from week to week, so I flipped a coin. It was heads. PICK: GIANTS
Lions @ Cardinals – Ryan Lindley is the starting QB of the Arizona Cardinals. Analysis over. PICK: LIONS
Panthers @ Chargers – The Chargers finally woke up last week, but so did the Panthers. Cam Newton has more to prove here than Philip Rivers, so he will be more motivated. Norv Turner is as good as gone after the season. PICK: PANTHERS
Seahawks @ Bills – The Bills have gone back to barely using C.J. Spiller. That’s just beyond stupid. Chan Gailey is a moron. He must go. PERIOD. PICK: SEAHAWKS
Chiefs @ Raiders – I ‘d like to pick the Chiefs in an upset, but they just looked putrid last week. Why Jamaal Charles isn’t getting more touches is a mystery to me. Two lousy teams, but my gut gives the edge to the home team. PICK: RAIDERS
Steelers @ Cowboys – The Cowboys run of lucky wins is over. The Steelers will be the more motivated team after embarrassing themselves against the Chargers. Ben Roethlisberger bounces back. PICK: STEELERS
49ers @ Patriots –Yeah, I know the game is in Foxboro. Yeah, I know everyone in the media is crowning the Patriots as the best team in the league. I think the 49ers prove them all wrong this Sunday. Their defense is better, and their offense is something Bellichik hasn’t yet seen. The Patriots lose at home to an NFC west team for the second time. PICK: 49ERS
Jets @ Titans – Jake Locker seems to have gotten it going. Mark Sanchez is still pitiful. If the Titans lose this one, they should wear paper bags over their heads to practice next week. PICK: TITANS
