Another slooooooooowwwwwww Tuesday. My legs are sore from my first barbell squats in a year. I've taken up walking Harrison in an Ergo now that the weather has improved. I'm looking forard to do that again tomorrow.

I think that at 35 years old, Antoine Winfield would be a fantastic addition to the Seahawk secondary!  I've been watching the guy for a long time now and I think he's awesome.  Hopefully, he leaves the Vikes and joins the team.  He's a legend in my book!
