The executative privilidge thing would be a grotesque violation of power and an impeachable offense in my eyes (though probably not legally).  If a bill passes, regardless how I feel about it, then it is law and should be followed until/if ever overturned.

No.  #2, #3 and so on are not good enough.  Titles matter, this is professional sports.  The every kid gets a trophy mentality does not fly on this level.

Kubiak and Phillips did a fine job with a team which needs more seasoning, if you ride out the storm now, you man up on your deficincies, and then work to correct them. Kubiak and Phillips both deserve another shot or two.

gas, would decreeing a national registration system be a violation?  Making the terrorist lists that airplanes use also be used by gun dealers a violation?  There are executive orders that can be done without legislation.  Proposing some increase in mental health data and programs would have to be by Congress.  Closing the gun show loophole, banning certain weaponry (including magazines), increasing penalties on gun violence has to be by Congress.

What do we call it when a formative plan is hammered out, for such a revolt?  Sounds about like treason to me...<br /><br /><br />Nathan you're absolutely correct. When you have people out there publicly announcing that they would harm the President of the United States no matter what his skin color is you have to treat that as a serious threat and then you have to go pick the SOB up and put him or her on trila for treason. It's funny to hear people talk about how muslims treat there own people and all that crap and then here in our own country we have people that can go before a camera and say crap like that and not get arrested. Free speech is one thing but that's why we have laws in this country to prevent maniacs like some of the people posting here from organizing and saying anything that they want. that's not scialist ( You guys have used that term up and it's old), That's not communist either...it's a country employing laws to keep the balance in our society... There are rules, how does that equate to efficient coaching.  If you openly know that a coach, QB, RB or any other facet of a team can only get you so far and no further, why would you maintain course and not seek to improve?  That is like keeping Lovie Smith for 9 years.  There comes a point where the writing is on the wall. 

This is Schaub's 6th NFL season, I think we have a large enough sampling size to evualate his perdormance at this point.

Kubiak took over the Texans in 2006.  Safe to say he has had his shot.  He is a .500 coach with 2 play-off wins.  How long is an owner supposed to keep a coach?

The Texans were 11-1 and then puked on their own shoes dropping all the way to the #3 seed and got destroyed in the divisional round.  I fail to see how that can be considered a success.

The sane people voted form him.  So 60,932,152 that voted against him did so because they were not sane.  60+ millions people were extremists for voting against him.
